I've been training and practicing the art of boxing since I was 12 years old in three different gyms. The first gym I ever went to and trained out of was 4th Street Boxing Gym, led by Jim McGloughlin who is a Florida Hall of Fame boxing coach for professional boxers.
In college, I learned under Lee Gladden, "Coach Milk." for a few years. This coach pushed me to my fullest potential in the art of boxing and taught me how to break down the components of boxing itself. Lee Gladden was an Olympic boxer while serving in the Marines.
I currently train in Front Range Boxing Academy where Dave Gaudet has maintained the space to practice, learn, and perform the art of boxing for over 30 years. I have been boxing for more than half my life under the guidance of some of the best in the country and am confident I can help you refine your skills and share techniques that will allow you to level up.

I offer beginner, amateur, and pro-level mitt training work.
This part of my services combines curriculum from my weekly classes with the personalization of athletic and strength training.
Whether you are looking for some extra hands to help with mitts, or you need a coach to put a regiment together, I would be honored to be brought on board and share my expertise where it is most effective.
This service is primarily for folks looking for some form of personal training outside of boxing-specific training.
Here we can work on your specific goals whether it be weight loss, muscle group development, endurance training, or athletic performance - whatever is right for you even if it doesn’t neatly fit into one of those categories.
This is one-on-one training and truly geared towards your level of commitment to yourself so what you put in will be what you get out.
First class FREE
Front Range Boxing Academy
Mon/Wed/Fri: 6-7am and 7am-8am
Weekly classes that focus on the art of boxing, its tools, and training techniques to drive a cardio-focused workout.
Mondays: boxing technique, great day to try out the class and learn some boxing.
Wednesdays: circuit training, high-intensity interval training, and leg focus.
Fridays: circuit training, high-intensity interval training, rest of body focus.
Please show up at least five minutes ahead of time to wrap hands and grab a jump rope.
